The job
As a Sales Administrator you will Oversee and handle sales inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customers and efficient order processing.

Answer sales calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
Make follow-up calls to both new and existing customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
Prepare and send quotations to customers using Word documents.
Manage customer interactions and sales data.
Support sales staff with general administrative tasks, such as updating contact details, entering company information into the system, and generating reports using CRM.
Assist sales representatives via live chat, addressing customer inquiries in real-time.
Organize and send product samples to clients on behalf of the sales team.
Conduct research to identify potential clients, gathering relevant information for outreach.
Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
Skills & Qualifications:Strong attention to detail

Outstanding administrative skills with a desire to continually improve and streamline processes
