We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to support our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for the entire sales team, and play a critical role in the processing of sales orders, maintaining CRM data, and assisting with sales coordination. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, invoices, and customer contracts accurately and promptly.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the in our Prospect & Unleashed CRM Systems.
Track order status, shipments, and delivery timelines; follow up on backorders or delays.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, products, delivery timelines, order status, billing, and product availability.
Support the sales team in maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes that increase efficiency.
Maintain documentation of sales procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Experience
2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordinator role.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Prospect, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies
