Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing Team in our Newcastle office. This role is essential to supporting the day-to-day operations of the sales function. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

This position is focused on providing background support rather than making sales calls. You will help prepare materials, manage data, coordinate internal processes, and oversee social media activity, allowing the Sales Manager to focus on client relationships and business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring client and prospect data is accurate and up to date. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and other documents for the Sales Manager. Coordinate calendars, schedule client meetings, and assist with follow-up communications. Manage company social media accounts (posting updates, monitoring engagement, supporting brand presence). Conduct basic research and canvassing to identify potential leads and opportunities. Support the preparation of marketing materials and presentations. Track and organize incoming enquiries to ensure timely responses. Assist with general administrative tasks to keep the Sales & Marketing team running efficiently.

Skills & Attributes



Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail. Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning CRM systems. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) for business use. Proactive, reliable, and eager to support the success of the team.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.42 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
