What are we looking for?
Due to further growth, we are seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator to join our Newport branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to apply their customer service and administration skills within the property industry and build a rewarding, long-term career with a people-focused company where you can enjoy coming to work. Key responsibilities:
Main Role
To respond to all sales enquiries in a timely manner.
Record all new buyers and vendors accurately into our software.
Assist with managing the team's diary and ensuring that office cover is available.
Process and record offers for properties.
Carry out Anti-Money Laundering checks for all vendors and buyers
Carry out progression chain checks as directed by Line Manager / Sales Progressor.
To update vendors regularly and feedback information from buyers.
Book in property viewings and valuations.
Listen and attend to clients' requests and requirements.
Liaise with the James Douglas Team to ensure the smooth running of the stock list.
Help to audit advertised listings for presentation and material information requirements.
Order for sale boards at properties.
To carry out all duties as detailed for your role in the Company's job role matrix.

Experience:
A minimum of one year's experience in the industry is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
