What You'll Be Doing
As our Sales Administrator, you'll be part of a supportive sales team and play a key role in ensuring every customer experience is smooth, professional, and positive. Day to day, you'll:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with clarity and professionalism
Generate accurate quotations and process orders using our internal system
Scan and send Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
Liaise with couriers, track deliveries, and manage returns
Support the wider management team with administrative tasks when needed
You'll be working in a fast-paced but fun environment, where attention to detail and proactive problem solving make a real difference.
What We're Looking For
We're not just looking for someone who can tick boxes - we want a team player who cares about doing a great job and enjoys building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
You'll need to have:
A confident and professional phone manner, or customer facing experience is ideal
Good organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Adaptable and the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
A strong sense of accountability and reliability
At least 1 year's customer service, customer facing or administration experience
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience using CRM or order management systems
A background in manufacturing, construction, or a similar sector
