Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to join our team in a small but busy, fast paced office. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting sales, through to order processing & ensuring customer satisfaction through until delivery & installation.
You will need to be self-motivated, well-organised, punctual & have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Data Input & order processing from start to finish
Maintain accurate records
Communicate between departments to deal with customer queries
Learn & maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers
Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales administration or similar role
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
