Sales Office Administrator*
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join a busy office in Ossett, Wakefield.
This is a varied role in a busy office environment to include some of the following daily duties:
business to business
customer services
Sales order processing and Filing
Online orders and query management
Inbound Telephone Order Taking
Customer Service - Inbound / Outbound Telephone Calls, Sales Quotations, Advising customers on Deliveries.
Marketing / Brand Awareness - develop existing portfolio..
Supporting Sales / Customer service staff.
Building relationships with sales team to generate additional revenue by actively promoting the complete portfolio of products.
General Administration Tasks.
Sage 50 experience essential
Sales and Customer service experience essential

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
