Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused person to join our friendly office team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - perfect if you like to stay busy and get stuck into different tasks.

What you'll be doing:

Order Entry:

Entering a high volume of orders quickly and accurately.

Checking Orders:

Making sure everything's correct before orders are processed - attention to detail is key.

Sales Support:

You'll help out with some sales tasks, including speaking with customers and offering product info.

Team Player:

You'll work across different departments like Sales, Estimating, and Customer Service, so a flexible attitude is a must.

Admin Tasks:

Answering phones, responding to emails, general office duties.

Glass Optimisation:

If you've done this before, great - if not, we'll train you! Just bring your focus and a willingness to learn.
What we're looking for:

Someone who's confident using computers and quick with data entry. A sharp eye for detail - accuracy really matters in this role. Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, helpful, and happy to jump in wherever needed.
