Sales Administrator
who's done it all before and can hit the ground running.
What you'll be doing:
Writing up and sending out quotes
Following up quotes and enquiries
Chasing suppliers, couriers or customers when needed
Keeping our custom CMS and inbox organised and on point
Supporting the sales team so they can focus on bringing in the orders
This isn't a training role - we're after someone who's
been a Sales Admin before
(ideally for 2+ years), knows what good admin looks like, and can spot a typo from ten paces.
Bonus points if you:
Know your polos from your hoodies (workwear, textiles or merch knowledge is a big plus)
Can juggle priorities and keep your cool when the inbox gets lively
Have excellent written English and a phone manner that's professional, but human
The hours:
24-30 hours a week, Monday to Friday. We're open to a school-hours pattern (e.g. 9.30-2.30) or a few longer days - let's chat.
