We are seeking a versatile, creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a sales administrator. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential support to the leadership team, marketing efforts and sales operations.

A day in the life:
Executive Assistance to Leadership Team:
+ Be a trusted partner to the leadership team by managing executive-level calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reports with precision and confidentiality.
Marketing and Events Administrative Support:
+ Bring your creativity and organizational skills to internal events such as Sales Kick-Offs (SKO), services and development events, and user group meetings, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
+ Manage and align content for our LinkedIn page and key profiles to amplify our brand presence and thought leadership in the market.
Sales Operations Support:
+ Collaborate with the sales team to maintain opportunity health using MEDPICC frameworks and align service and license operations.
+ Generate accurate reports to support sales forecasting and streamline fixed-fee billing activities.
+ Assist the sales team in navigating internal processes and managing administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
+ Support efforts to ensure customer documentation is current by assisting in transitioning customers to up-to-date paperwork.
Basic qualifications:
Experience:
+ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Support Specialist, or similar role (typically 3+ years).
+ Experience in managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior leadership.
+ Demonstrated experience in marketing/event coordination or sales operations support is a plus.
+ Experience dealing with customer contract review and alignment is a plus.
Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
+ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting platforms is preferred.
+ Basic knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for professional marketing purposes.
Soft Skills:+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to juggle diverse responsibilities effectively.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with leadership, peers, and external stakeholders.
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and anticipating needs.
+ Ability to work independently while managing time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced environment.
