We are seeking a creative and dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team, helping to process applications for our Therapy or Assistance Dog Programmes and temperament assess the prospect's dog to uncover compatibility.

You'll love working in a detail-focused environment and have the skillset to provide a seamless sales experience for our prospective students and dog handlers.

You thrive in a fast-paced setting where you can demonstrate your drive, attention to detail, and passion for supporting a successful sales team.

Your written and verbal communication skills are fantastic, and you have experience in sales administration with a proven ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

About the Role:



Working from home, you will be responsible for efficiently managing applications and enquiries for our Therapy and Assistance Dog Programmes. These programmes support professionals and families to train their pet dog to become a life-changing Therapy Dog or Assistance Dog.

You will:



LOVE dogs Thrive on a challenge, be resilient and driven to achieve personal and organisational targets Possess strong interpersonal skills and an exceptional listening ear Connect with prospective students in a professional manner and positively represent PAWS at all times Carry out exceptional pre-qualifying interviews that effectively screen the prospective handler and assess their dog for suitability Support the closing team to guide prospective students to an enrolment decision, if they meet the entry requirements and are a good fit Follow-up applicants from lead stage quickly and efficiently via phone, email and WhatsApp Manage the application process and pipeline with care and attention to detail Work alongside our goal-smashing super team to reach and exceed team targets Embrace change and explore new ways of working to help the continuous growth and improvement of the company Be a self-starter who works effectively without direct management

This role is particularly suitable for candidates with current or prior experience and/or understanding in:



Sales administration; Dog Training or behaviour; Neurodivergence; Education; Therapy work or Counselling

For your application to be successful, you'll need to have/be:



Experience in a sales role with a proven track record of meeting targets IT literate and proficient in email Confidence handling phone conversations and able to assess suitability and provide a second-to-none customer experience Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills Efficient time-keeping skills and an ability to meet deadlines

Hours:

Full time but flexible hours.
