Morris Homes (Central) have an exciting opportunity for Sales Administrator based in our regional Rugby office.
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about property? We're looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our friendly New Homes team.
Responsible for:
Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks
Managing customer documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Liaising with site teams, legal teams, and production departments
Updating CRM systems and preparing reports for management
Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in property, sales administration, or customer service
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Coins)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
