We're looking for a proactive and reliable

Sales Administrator

to join our growing team at Office Bridge Group.

In this role, you'll support the entire end-to-end sales process - from raising orders and handling deliveries to processing returns, managing customer queries, and keeping everything on track for the sales team.

About the Role



As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a key part in keeping the sales function running efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with our Sales Director, Business Development Team, Account Managers, and Warehouse Team to ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing



Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Raising purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers based on customer requirements Sourcing products and negotiating pricing where necessary to ensure best value and availability Managing supplier relationships, including order confirmations, stock availability, and delivery timescales Monitoring and managing stock levels to ensure product availability and timely fulfilment Chasing overdue or delayed deliveries, keeping both the team and customer informed Tracking deliveries and liaising with couriers and clients to ensure smooth logistics Handling returns and resolving delivery issues quickly and professionally Responding to customer queries via phone and email Supporting the sales team with account admin and daily follow-ups Updating and maintaining customer records in Prima CRM Preparing reports on sales activity, purchasing trends, order volumes, and pipeline Assisting with lapsed client outreach and upselling activity Providing general admin support to the wider team as needed

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a sales admin, customer service or operations support role Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills - written and verbal Organised, methodical, and able to prioritise workload Confident using order processing or CRM systems (we'll train you on Prima) Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
