Sales Administrator
to join our team and support our growing business.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You will handle sales enquiries, process orders, manage documentation, and maintain strong communication between customers, suppliers, and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Assisting the sales team with account management and follow-ups
Coordinating with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system
Preparing sales reports and supporting the management team with data
Ensuring a professional, helpful, and positive customer experience
Skills & Experience Required:
Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role (preferably within construction, timber, or steel supply)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
