Job Summary


EFT Systems is a Northwest based Fire Safety company, established for 50 years. We have seen rapid growth for the past three years in large service contracts and installation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business with a strong pipeline of work secured.

37.5 hours per week

08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday, one-hour unpaid lunch break

29 days annual leave, inclusive of Bank Holidays, You will be entitled to an additional day's annual leave on completion of two full years' service up to a maximum of three additional days after six years continuous service.

Summary of Role



As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of the Sales Team with an outline of responsibilities as below:

Sending prepared quotations

Complete quotations following a Schedule of rates

Process sales orders

Process sales enquiries

Updating customer portals

Liaising with clients

Attending client progress meetings

Full training will be provided



Skills, Experience and Requirements



Must pass British standard security screening (BS7858)

Experience of delivering an excellent level of Customer service.

Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel

Able to multitask, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.

Strong financial acumen, understanding commercial and financial metrics.

Understanding of Health and Safety law and legislation.
