Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the St Albans area. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful company, and be part of a growing team. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a team of account managers, and building great working relationships with existing customers. This person will need to have previous experience within a similar position, good communication skills, and great administration skills.

Salary - up to \xc2\xa324k for the right candidate

Must drive due to location

Some of the duties will include:

  • Providing administrative support to account managers
  • Processing customer orders, ensuring all orders are raised correctly
  • Updating and amending customer orders
  • Advising customers of any changes or delays
  • Working with the production team to ensure shipment dates are in line with customers requested dates
  • Ensure customer sales orders are linked to the correct PO\'s
  • Sending out weekly status reports
  • Sending out daily in-house sales reports
  • Investigate any stock discrepancies
  • General administration duties as required

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Good communication skills across all levels
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Good level of attention to detail
  • Must drive due to location
