Think Specialist Recruitment are pleased to be working with a growing organisation based within the St Albans area. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to join a successful company, and be part of a growing team. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a team of account managers, and building great working relationships with existing customers. This person will need to have previous experience within a similar position, good communication skills, and great administration skills.
Salary - up to \xc2\xa324k for the right candidate
Must drive due to location
Some of the duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to account managers
- Processing customer orders, ensuring all orders are raised correctly
- Updating and amending customer orders
- Advising customers of any changes or delays
- Working with the production team to ensure shipment dates are in line with customers requested dates
- Ensure customer sales orders are linked to the correct PO\'s
- Sending out weekly status reports
- Sending out daily in-house sales reports
- Investigate any stock discrepancies
- General administration duties as required
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Good communication skills across all levels
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Good level of attention to detail
- Must drive due to location
