Sales Support Administrator

Stoke On Trent

Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm

Up to \xc2\xa330,000

Main duties:

  • Provide administrative assistance to Liaising with suppliers- managing calendars, arranging meetings, and preparing documents, and reports
  • Provide order updates, and product information
  • Review and validate customers information
  • Generate sales reports- forecasting, sales analysis and activity reports
  • Providing sales support to the administration team
  • Understanding the company\'s products to effectively assist customers and support the sales team
  • Staying updated on product features, pricing, and industry trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, workflows, and efficiency
  • Liaising with different departments to resolve any issues
About you:
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Excellent Microsoft skills
  • Customer focused
  • SAP experience
