We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our small sales team. you will be responsible for creating and sending quotations to customers, raising internal orders, chasing production for customer updates, following up on quotations, sending samples and brochures as requested and general sales support activities.
This role would suit a bright enthusiastic person who is would like to move into a full sales role in the future. You should have a great telephone manner, excellent written communication and good eye for detail and love looking after customers and helping to win orders for the company! In this small team a great team player is essential.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Communicating with customers by phone and email, ensuring a positive customer service experience
Processing customer orders - attention to detail is critical!
Progressing orders with our production team
Creating quotations quickly and accurately
Updating our CRM database
Sending samples and recording for customers
General sales support
ABOUT YOU:
