We are looking for a bright individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator/Office Administrator.
Job Role:
Taking calls
Processing customers orders, invoices and dealing with queries.
Trade counter sales
General office admin
Admin on company website
What we are looking for:
Sage Software Experience preferred
Must have knowledge of Office 365 (excel, word & outlook)
Professional approach to all daily tasks
Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
The ability to build good business relationships with our customers
A history of working in the industry or in a sales admin role
Must have flexibility to work more hours during busy periods and holiday cover.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 12.45pm - 4.45pm (20 hours per week)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
