Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Quoting:

Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers, ensuring timely responses.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email, building and nurturing long-term relationships.

Order Processing:

Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly in the system.

After-Sales Support:

Follow up on orders, monitor delivery schedules, and liaise with customers to resolve any issues post-sale.

Haulage Coordination:

Arrange transportation and delivery logistics for customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and after-sales teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Sales Experience:

Previous sales experience is highly beneficial, especially in dealing with builders merchants.

Customer Service Skills:

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to accurately process orders and handle quotations.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to follow up on orders and delivery issues, resolving problems promptly.

IT Proficiency:

Familiarity with office software and order processing systems.

Organisational Skills:

Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritising work effectively.

Desired Experience:



Experience working with builders merchants, in a sales environment, or from a sales order processing background.
