Due to growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. The new team-member will play a key role in assisting with all clerical sales office tasks, to ensure a seamless customer experience from order to delivery. The successful candidate will have a background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Liaising with customers via telephone and email to resolve queries.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes and credit notes received via the inbox from both Sales Managers and customers.
Checking customer purchase invoices against purchase orders.
Responding to public enquires which may include sending spare parts, identifying local stockists and other general enquiries.
Any other reasonable office tasks to ensure smooth running of the business.
The successful candidate will need to be:
Enthusiastic about excellent customer service.
Computer literate; have a full understanding of the whole Microsoft suite (especially Excel).
Polite and friendly both on the phone and in written text.
Naturally organised with an eye for detail.
Able to work well in a team and on their own.
Experienced in a similar administrative role.
