Our Sales Administrator Role
1. Carry out a number of regular sales tasks to ensure the smooth running of a portfolio of accounts including but not only: Event logs, Delist logs & notifications, Reporting on Daily Sales, updating Forecast, updating customer Price Files.
2. Review the Daily Risk to Service, working with the Commercial and Planning team to identify any risk and ensuring corrective actions are put in place to ensure 100% OTIF service. Monitor service levels. Be a key liaison between commercial, operations and customers in ensuring a smooth flow of accurate information through the business to ensure customer demand is met with minimal waste. This includes seasonal planning i.e. Christmas and summer.
3. Actively support the commercial team in the launch of new products, through the gated launch process, including updating event forms, forecast updates and customer sample submissions.
4. Track and measure forecast accuracy/tolerances and publish results whilst supporting improvements through regular planned customer/commercial manager meetings.
5. Measure Forecast accuracy and review with Commercial Manager, course correct where needed.
6. Prepare customer NPD and EPD costings , using the cost matrix and model for approval by the Commercial Manager.
7. As part of the Gated Launch Process carry out post-launch reviews to identify successful product launches against original brief, review with Commercial Manager .
8. Keep the EPC ERP system Unity updated with any changes. ensure notes and flags are kept up to date with changing stock profiles.
9. Ensure we are complying with MTO v MTS rules and in conjunction with Commercial Manager carrying out monthly/quarterly stock profile reviews, aligned with supply chain.
10. Establish and develop strong internal relationships & ways of working cross functionally to ensure the smooth running of the portfolio of responsible customers
Essential:
GCSE Level in Maths & English (Minimum Grade 4)
Excel use and knowledge

Strong presentation skills
Manage a varied workload
Desirable:
Degree level or equivalent
12 months experience within FMCG or have close working knowledge of the sector.
