We're looking for a friendly, organised, and hands on

Sales Administrator

to support our growing sales operation at

Silverbow Country Park

a peaceful, pet friendly, owners only holiday park currently undergoing an exciting transformation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of something new, helping shape the experience we offer to prospective and current holiday home owners.

What You'll Be Doing

? Welcoming customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
? Supporting the sales process taking deposits, creating invoices, contracts, etc.
? Showing customers around the park and holiday homes (yes, you'll get your steps in!)
? Keeping the office, show homes, and customer areas clean and presentable
? Managing general office/admin duties and supplies
? Updating spreadsheets, systems, and maintenance logs
? Liaising with off site departments (accounts, management, warranty)
? Helping unpack and dress brand new holiday homes for viewings
? Assisting with Health & Safety and contractor bookings

? Have great people skills and a cheerful, can do attitude
? Are confident with basic office systems and admin tasks
? Are happy working independently and taking initiative
? Enjoy keeping busy and take pride in your work environment
? Don't mind physical tasks like walking the park, unpacking and cleaning
? Are curious about holiday home sales and keen to learn more
