Idem is rapidly growing and expanding its UK manufacturing facility, which has created the need for an experienced Customer Service Representative to strengthen the sales support team:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, our team of Sales Administrators provide excellent customer service to a diverse customer base, including UK-based customers, Export customers and large multi-national groups.
Expanding our Sales Admin is key to supporting our growth and we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join us.
Customer focus will be your #1 priority - you will have impeccable telephone manners, excellent written and spoken English and an attention detail that ensures 100% satisfaction from our customers.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Answering telephone enquiries and directing callers to the appropriate person or department.
Handling telephone or email enquiries and processing orders for Idem products, including recommending the correct solution, pricing, leadtime and delivery expediting.
Order entry into the IDEM ERP system - SAP Business One
Liaising with the production team on manufacturing orders
Updating customers with promise dates.
Arranging UK and Export deliveries, documentation and arranging carriers.
Qualifications and experience will include:
Educated to GCSE-Level 5 or above.
At least 5 years experience handling customers in a "product based" telephone and email environment
A demonstrable devotion to outstanding customer service.
Analytic mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, SAGE, EIQ, INFOR...)

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 42.5 per week
