SAB TEXTILES is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Willenhall. We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our sales team.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing sales data, and ensuring seamless sales operations. If you have excellent communication skills, are proficient in MS Office, and have a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials and presentations
- Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Process sales orders, invoices, and payments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve sales performance
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales administration or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Pay: 38,700.00-40,000.00 per year
