Duties
Order Processing:
Taking and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, via email and telephone.
Customer Service:
Answering customer questions, addressing enquiries, and providing after-sales support.
Record Management:
Maintaining and updating customer records, sales records, and databases across all systems.
Reporting and Analysis:
Compiling sales reports, monitoring sales performance, and identifying trends.
Communication and Collaboration:
Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless sales processes. Communicating effectively with customers and the sales team. Providing support to the sales team to help them meet their goals.
