Sales Administrator
to support our sales team and help drive new business opportunities.
As a
Sales Administrator
, you'll play a key role in our small but dynamic sales team. This is an exciting, office-based opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You'll be responsible for CRM administration, B2B lead generation, and outbound email campaigns to support the Sales Director and overall team performance.
Key responsibilities:
Research and gather information on new B2B leads
Make outbound qualification calls to potential clients
Accurately input and manage data within our CRM system
Configure and optimise CRM workflows and email campaigns
Maintain and update CRM database with consistent, high-quality data
Generate CRM reports and dashboards
Schedule prospect meetings for the Sales Director
Stay current with CRM features and recommend improvements
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is not only organised and tech-savvy, but also enjoys supporting sales activity and helping the team succeed.
You will bring:
Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines
Great interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
Self-starter attitude with a collaborative approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook)
A good memory for detail and a solution-focused mindset
What We Offer
24700 per Year
20 hours per week
(flexible working hours, Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm 4 hours per day or 4 days a week doing 5 hours per day )
