We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales operations and enhancing customer satisfaction, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch service and products.

Responsibilities



Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Assist the sales team with administrative tasks Process orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of sales activities Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience Support marketing initiatives to promote products Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes

Qualifications



Experience in customer service or sales administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good computer skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn
