We are seeking a Sales Admin / Personal Assistant to join the team and help drive success in their operations. : The Sales Admin with Personal Assistant duties plays a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and facilitating the daily responsibilities of senior management. This dual role combines traditional sales administration duties with personal assistant tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Key Responsibilities: Sales Administration:

  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, document preparation, and maintaining sales records.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating sales-related activities.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into our CRM system and ensure its integrity for accurate reporting.
  • Reporting: Generate sales reports and presentations for senior management as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels and coordinating with the procurement team.
  • Sales Meetings: Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
  • Contract Administration: Support in the preparation, review, and management of contracts and agreements.
Personal Assistant:
  • Calendar Management: Manage and organize the schedules of senior management, ensuring meetings and appointments run smoothly.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for senior executives.
  • Email and Communication: Screen, prioritize, and manage emails and correspondence on behalf of senior management.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage tasks, reminders, and to-do lists for senior management.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines.
