Job Description

Enthusiastic part-time Sales Administrator/Receptionist required at our busy Sutton Coldfield office to work Thursday and Friday and alternate Saturdays 9am - 1pm.

Outgoing personality and good typing skills essential to use our comprehensive software.

An understanding of Outlook/email beneficial and estate agency experience preferred. Availability to cover additional hours for staff holiday/sickness and if necessary, another branch.

In the role of part-time Sales Administrator/Receptionist, you will be integral to our sales team, providing essential administrative support and enhancing communication. Your core skills in sales administration and communication will facilitate smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and typing skills will be vital for managing correspondence and scheduling.
