Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team in the heart of the outdoor retail industry. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales through expert product knowledge and outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Passion for outdoor activities and shooting sports is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions
Working hours will be 9am until 5.30pm 5 days a week including Saturday on a rotation basis, working 4 out of every 5 Saturdays with a half hour lunch break daily.

We will be moving out to our Shooting Range at North Rauceby later this year so own transport will be needed.

Due to the nature of our business an enhanced Police check will be performed on successful candidates
