The Opportunity



We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Cosmetic Surgery Sales Advisor with substantial experience in a high-performing aesthetic clinic environment and a proven track record of sales.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a pivotal role for the market leading clinic in the cosmetic surgery industry, where your ability to consistently convert leads and exceed sales targets will play a pivotal role in supporting patients through their treatment journey and continuing to drive forward our high growth organisation.

Previous experience in the healthcare or cosmetic industry is strongly preferred, as it provides the context and sensitivity needed to guide patients through often life-changing decisions with professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have outstanding interpersonal skills, be confident communicating over the phone and via email, and have a natural ability to build trust and rapport with patients.?

What We're Looking For



To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring one of the following:

Proven sales experience

in a high-performance, consumer-facing (B2C) environment -- ideally involving consultative or high-ticket sales;

OR



Deep industry knowledge

of the aesthetics sector (surgical or non-surgical), private healthcare, or similar B2C medical services, with strong commercial instincts.
If you tick both boxes -- even better. This is a results-driven role where trust, empathy, and confidence are essential, and prior exposure to the unique pace and expectations of aesthetic or private healthcare sales is a significant advantage.

Role Summary



As a Sales Advisor, you'll act as the first point of contact for prospective patients and guide them from initial enquiry through to post-treatment follow-up.

You'll use active listening, product knowledge and empathy to understand patients' goals and provide tailored information and support to guide them toward the right surgeon and treatment plan.

You'll collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure the patient journey is seamless, well-coordinated, and meets both CQC standards and our internal expectations for excellence.

What You'll Bring



Demonstrated success in a results-driven sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and revenue targets -- this is essential. Experience within the healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetic surgery industry is highly advantageous and will set you apart. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Empathy, resilience, and a genuine desire to support patients. Experience in a healthcare or cosmetic industry is a plus, but not essential.

40 hours pw, Monday to Friday Opportunities for remote Friday/Saturday shifts

Key Responsibilities



Sales and Patient Engagement

Engage with patients by phone and email to understand their goals and build trusted relationships. Follow up on enquiries, qualify leads, and convert consultations into bookings. Deliver clear, accurate information on procedures, pricing, and payment options. Maintain regular contact post-procedure to foster long-term relationships and referral opportunities. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
Patient Journey Management

Act as a dedicated point of contact throughout the patient's journey--from enquiry to discharge. Coordinate consultations and surgeries with internal teams and consultants. Ensure all booking, pricing, and billing processes are accurate and compliant. Collect and manage patient records in line with GDPR and clinic protocols.
Customer Service Excellence

Provide a supportive and empathetic service at every stage of the patient journey. Handle enquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolution. Gather and share patient feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure operational excellence.
