What You'll Be Doing

This role is all about learning, growing, and building confidence while helping our sales team. Day-to-day, you'll:

Talk to customers and build friendly relationships. Learn how to understand what people need and help find the right solutions. Support the team by making calls, sending emails, and following up on enquiries. Get hands-on with real tasks like helping with quotes, processing orders, and updating our systems. Work alongside experienced colleagues who will guide and mentor you. Share your ideas and play a part in how we grow.

What We're Looking For

We don't expect you to have experience - we'll teach you everything you need. What matters most is that you're:

Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Confident talking to people (on the phone and face-to-face). Organised and happy to get stuck into new tasks. Motivated to achieve goals and proud of your progress. Comfortable using basic computer programs (Word, Excel - we'll show you the rest).
