Starfish 9 Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for a school leaver to join our team as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. No prior experience is needed--just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an interest in how construction project costs are managed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you'll learn how to manage the costs and contracts of construction projects. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and get hands-on experience with tasks such as:

Helping to prepare cost estimates and budgets

Supporting the team with paperwork and project tracking

Visiting construction sites and attending meetings

Learning how to manage payments and contracts

Keeping accurate records and learning industry software

About You

We're looking for someone who:

A school or college leaver

An interest in construction, maths, or business

Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)
