Salary:

Basic up to 26,000 per year (depending on experience)

On-Target Earnings:

50,000+ with uncapped commission

Hours:

38.33 hours per week

Hybrid Working:

Available after successful completion of the probationary period (6 months). Early access may be considered for high performers.

What You'll Be Doing

Taking

inbound calls

from customers seeking insurance quotes Making

outbound calls

to warm leads submitted via our website Offering expert advice across a variety of insurance products Accurately inputting customer details into our in-house system Building rapport with clients, handling objections, and closing sales Working across multiple insurance lines including motor trade, public liability, tools, stock, and goods in transit

What We're Looking For

A self-motivated, results-focused individual Confidence in building quick rapport and closing sales Excellent telephone manner and communication skills Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Professional, polite, and eager to grow
