Leadership and team management skills are a must, you would be required to be an active seller and develop & grow the sales team.

Set targets and ensure all team members achieve their new and used vehicle, finance and up-selling sales targets
Maximise profit in all channels
Ensure your team of salespeople are trained to both the manufacturer's and Unity Group's standards.
Ensure the Unity Automotive Group's Sales Processes are adhered to
Conduct a motivational daily sales meeting with the salespeople.
Manage all sales leads and ensure their response is within the required time period
Ensure the dealership is FCA compliant with sales and admin staff adhering to FCA requirements.
Second face customers to maximise profit and volume
Value all part exchanges
Manage new and used car displays
Daily collate departmental performance figures and input into DOC
Collate salespeople's commission claim forms
Facilitate the 10- and 20-day Heads of Dept. meeting with (sales, service and parts departmental managers) focusing on performance vs target/plan.
Ensure all on-line vehicle listings are up to date.
Manage outdoor shows and manned product placements, ensuring optimum staff cover and conduct
Strong sales skills focused on delivering the highest of standards of customer care

Unity is looking to hire an experienced charismatic and enthusiastic Selling Sales Manager to work with and grow the sales team.
As a Sales Manager, you must demonstrate a hunger for success, you will display excellent customer service skills, be motivated to exceed your targets whilst ensuring the quality of service is not comprised, with a drive, energy and commitment to seek every possible sales opportunity.
Being able to work in a busy and pressurised environment and adapting to meet all customers' needs is a must.
You will need a proven track record in sales, must hold a full driving license, be a committed individual and a great team player.
