Join our dynamic international sales team as a our newest Sales Advisor, within International Education and turn international ambition into enrolments.

The Role





When joining our Direct Sales team, you will be responsible for converting international student enquiries into confirmed enrolments through a consultative, student-focused sales approach.


You will engage directly with students and parents via phone, email and video, providing tailored advice on courses, accommodation and application processes while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Convert student enquiries and applications through structured and proactive follow-up. Conduct sales activity via phone, email and digital platforms to achieve recruitment targets. Advise prospective students on the most suitable courses and accommodation options. Manage and process applications, including documentation, payments, level tests and parental consent. Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity within the CRM system. Work closely with school and admissions teams to identify and maximise market opportunities.

About You





You are highly motivated by international education, student-focused and commercially aware, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.



You will ideally have:

Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach. A target-driven, resilient and proactive mindset. Fluency in English plus at least one additional language (Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.). A third language is highly valued. International experience (study or work abroad) highly advantageous. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a collaborative attitude. Cultural awareness and confidence when working with international students and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is desirable. Degree-level education or equivalent.
