New Home Sales Advisor - Liverpool
Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)
24,500 - 27,500 (Dependent on Experience)

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK developer for a New Home Sales Advisor to work across developments in Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role, providing holiday cover and support on busy sites, with the potential for a permanent position.
The Role:
Meet and assist prospective buyers, providing an exceptional customer experience
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to legal completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
Deliver consistent support across multiple sites as needed
What We're Looking For:
Experience in new homes sales or a similar customer-facing role
Confident, personable, and highly organised
Flexible and willing to travel to developments across the region
A team player with a genuine interest in property and people
