Responsibilities:

Role Overview

As a

Sales Advisor

in our

Menswear Department

, you will be the face of Reiss--delivering an elevated, personalised shopping experience to every customer. You'll work as part of a dynamic team, showcasing our premium collections while achieving sales targets and maintaining visual and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by delivering a warm, genuine, and personalised experience. Demonstrate deep knowledge of the menswear product range and offer expert styling advice. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs. Build long-term relationships with customers through clienteling and effective communication. Maintain the highest visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the store. Represent the Reiss brand with professionalism and pride at all times.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in a premium or luxury retail environment (menswear experience preferred). Passion for fashion and a strong eye for styling and presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required. Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn and grow.
