We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic person to join our sales team in our Carlisle store. The successful candidate must have a passion for sales, smartly presented, computer knowledge, confidence in answering the phone and have excellent customer service skills. They must be willing to work a flexible work pattern.
The main responsibilities in this role are:
Assisting customers with sales, queries and complaints
Taking orders and payments
Maintaining a high level of presentation on the shop floor
Dealing with deliveries, unpacking and displaying furniture
Any other general duties required
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.35 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
