About the role:
The Able Group is an established company providing planned and reactive maintenance across multiple trades nationwide.
You'll be working in a busy Contact Centre receiving calls from customers all over the UK who require our services. There is no cold calling involved, and you'll receive thorough training and on-going support and guidance from your Coach and Team Manager.
We're looking for self-motivated people who have a natural flair for building rapport with customers from all walks of life. Excellent keyboard skills and a great telephone manner are essential.
