Job Description
Anatome is a premium health and wellbeing brand with a collection of products to support your physical and emotional health, we have stores across London and retail internationally in some of the worlds finest stores. This position is to support our Selfridges location to introduce our young brand to its global customer base. We need candidates of all ages, who are outgoing, fun and charming to bring life to the brand and engage with our customers in a clear, charming manner.
At the heart of anatome is our community, a community that desires to speak to our team of experts as they search for answers and support to underpin their own wellbeing.
With this in mind we are seeking individuals who have perhaps studied nutrition or natural health and seeking to bring their knowledge into the retail context. We will support your development with further qualifications in sleep and nutrition, you will have the enthusiasm to connect with our customers in store, sometimes required to host short appointments to get to the bottom of how we can support each customer through our product collection and you will also be required to connect with our customers digitally through Whatsapp and other digital apps, as our international customers engage with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge
Have a full understanding of all Anatome products and update knowledge where necessary. Be aware of competitors' products and activity
Attend, engage and participate in all brand training, and implement afterwards
Business & Operations
Achieve or exceed Retail Targets and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Drive Selling Process/Techniques
Ensure you deliver luxury service, inviting customers back for a return appointment
Make appropriate, personalised product and sample recommendations
Ensure you have a strong focus on link-selling and the recruitment of new customers
Ensure you use confident communication and presentation skills
Foster Service Attitude
Ensure the store is a clean and hygienic work area and adhere to hygiene rules
Show passion for people and products
Ensure you follow the grooming guidelines to promote the brand image
