Sales & Aftersales Coordinator

This is a varied and fast-paced role that blends customer-facing responsibilities with practical, day-to-day operations across multiple sites. If you thrive in a busy environment and love making things happen, we want to hear from you.

Previous experience in a busy motor dealership

or within the wider motor industry is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing

Selling vehicles and associated products to retail customers Maintaining on-site vehicle displays to ensure a welcoming and professional environment Coordinating vehicle movements across our sites and external locations Managing admin tasks such as order forms, vehicle paperwork, and aftersales documentation Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and social media Creating compliant finance quotes and presenting them to customers Producing high-quality vehicle images, descriptions, and walkaround videos for our sales platforms Liaising with external partners including MOT centres and motor factors Coordinating with workshop technicians to ensure smooth vehicle preparation, servicing, and aftersales support

What You'll Bring

A strong work ethic and proactive attitude Confidence, self-motivation, and a customer-first mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive as part of a collaborative, high-performing team Solid computer literacy and admin skills Good numeracy and attention to detail (including neat handwriting) A full UK driving licence
