Job Overview:



We're looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Aftersales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing webshop and aftersales operations, supporting customers with technical product queries, and driving sales through excellent service and communication.

You'll be an essential link between customers and the internal team, ensuring all processes -- from orders to delivery -- run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Process webshop orders and contribute to the ongoing development and growth of online sales.

Manage inbound enquiries and orders for aftersales products.

Promote new and existing products proactively to all customers.

Provide technical product support to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Proactively contact clients to promote and sell products.

Handle invoicing, picking lists, and other administrative duties as assigned by line managers.

Required Skills and Experience:



Solid understanding of climbing products and their benefits (not mandatory).

Proficient in CRM systems and Excel, with basic knowledge of accounting and accounting software.

Demonstrated experience in customer relations and sales.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both within teams and with external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 24,420.00 per year

Work Location: In person
