As a
Senior Sales & Market Insight Analyst
, you will work with large volumes of data and commercial statistics related to both national and international customers and markets.

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, cleansing, and analysing large-scale sales datasets, including revenue, margin, and pipeline information.
You will conduct in-depth and competitive analyses across key sectors, enhancing market intelligence through the identification and integration of new data sources and client insights.
This role will play a key part in supporting commercial decision-making through client profiling, regional analysis, and market evaluation.
The postholder will develop and maintain dynamic dashboards in
Power BI and Excel
to monitor key performance indicators, sales trends, and market share.
Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information across CRM, SAP BW, and other reporting systems will be central to the role, alongside promoting strong data governance and continuous improvement in data quality and processes.
The candidate will also lead automation initiatives and the integration of new data feeds to improve reporting efficiency.
A commitment to driving data literacy across the sales function is essential, as is contributing to wider projects involving forecasting, segmentation, and performance analysis to support business growth.

and Office skills, along with experience working with CRMs and Business Intelligence tools such as
Power BI
. We seek a candidate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to take complex information and distil it into simple, compelling stories.
You will have the ability to network both internally and externally, work with different
stakeholders
, and present information to senior leaders.
You will possess excellent communication skills that enable you to engage at all levels within an organisation, ensuring data is presented in appropriate styles that people can easily understand.
