Job Description

Tom Faulkner is an award-winning creative business making beautiful and distinctive furniture and accessories. We have workshops in Wiltshire and showrooms in London and New York. In addition, we are represented in several "partner" showrooms in North America.

We are looking for a highly organised Sales and Admin Coordinator to support the Sales team from our Swindon HQ.

Overview


This position requires somebody who is detail-oriented, numerate, capable of multitasking, and committed to delivering excellent internal and external customer service. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the sales, design, logistics and finance teams to help streamline and support business growth.

Key responsibilities



Responding to incoming customer enquiries and quote requests via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information.

Sending quotes and invoices to customers

Sending shipping information and delivery quotes to customers

Regularly updating and maintaining the database

Sending out finish samples to customers

Collating customer feedback

Skills/experience required:



Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative coordination role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Salary: 27,000

Hours: 9-5pm, Monday-Friday
