Job Description

The successful Sales and Administration Coordinator will play a vital role at the heart of TITAN Containers UK Operations. This is a fast-paced, varied position where you will manage customer enquiries, convert bookings, process payments, and coordinate container deliveries and collections. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with Sales, Operations, Transport, and Finance teams to ensure every customer receives a smooth, efficient, and professional service from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities



Sales and Booking Administration



Manage incoming customer enquiries, turning them into confirmed sales or rental bookings Handle incoming telephone enquiries, providing accurate solutions and support directly to customers Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure pricing, contracts, and bookings are accurate Perform credit checks in accordance with company procedures to ensure compliance and accurate processing Process customer payments and support invoicing to maintain seamless transactions Keep CRM, customer, and order records up to date, providing a clear picture of all activity

Customer Service and Communication



Provide professional, friendly support to all customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication via telephone and email Provide timely updates on availability, deliveries and bookings, keeping customers informed Support after-sales enquiries and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience Facilitate smooth communication between customers and internal teams across sales, operations, transport and finance

Operations and Delivery Coordination



Coordinate container deliveries and collections, ensuring it runs on schedule Confirm delivery details, site access, and any special requirements for safe, efficient placement Monitor container stock levels and availability to help the team stay on top of operations Play a key role in making sure every delivery and collection meets TITAN's high standards

Process and Administrative Support



Act as the first port of call for customer queries and concerns, escalating and resolving problems quickly Maintain accurate records of interactions, bookings, payments, and container movements Ensure all delivery notes, contracts, and administrative documents are correctly completed and filed Provide reporting and administrative support to the UK ISO Manager, helping drive team performance Monitor key performance indicators and contribute ideas to continuously improve processes Ensure all activities comply with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures

Qualifications



Education



Good proficiency in English and Maths Qualifications in administration, business, logistics, or a related field are advantageous but not essential

Experience



Proven experience in sales support or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills Familiarity with administrative procedures such as data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping Experience within logistics, rentals, or container operations is an advantage

Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The role is a full time, permanent position, working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
