Job Title: Sales and Customer Support admin

Operations Manager

Role Overview:



The Sales and Customer Support Administrator is the back up point of contact for customer sales inquiries. Day to say they will deal with the handling a range of non-sales interactions including general questions, order follow-ups, complaints, and aftersales feedback. This role also provides essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Liaison & Support:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Handle order follow-ups, delivery updates, and general product or service questions. Log and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems and CRM software. Act as a link between customers and relevant departments (e.g., logistics, technical support, or management).

After sales & Service Coordination:



Schedule warranty appointments, follow-up calls, or maintenance check-ins as required. Monitor and report on common customer issues to support continuous improvement.

General Office Duties:



Manage general office emails and correspondence. Maintain office supplies, handle mail, and keep communal areas organized. Support filing, data entry, and digital recordkeeping tasks. Assist with preparing documents and internal communications.

Cross-Departmental Support:



Collaborate with sales, logistics, or technical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys. Provide administrative assistance for internal projects or process updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Empathetic, patient, and solution-focused approach to customer interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Confident using office and communication software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, email platforms). Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy office environment. A calm and professional manner, especially under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:



Experience in a customer service, receptionist, or administrative support role. Familiarity with complaint handling and aftersales service processes. Previous experience in a product- or service-based business is beneficial.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
