Summary



We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role plays a key part in driving outbound sales activity and sourcing new B2B opportunities, while also providing reliable customer-service and administration.

Responsibilities



Research and source new B2B leads using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build and maintain an outbound pipeline through targeted outreach and follow-up. Maintain clear and up-to-date CRM records and activity notes. Develop strong product understanding to be able to confidently introduce our offering. Contribute ideas and insights to improve prospecting and lead-generation processes. Respond to routine customer queries via phone, email, and chat. Provide clear and helpful information on products and order-related questions. Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions. Liaise with logistics and operations to support smooth order progression. Carry out general administrative tasks as required. Uphold the company's commitment to high-quality service and ethical manufacturing.

Qualifications



Strong communication skills and an engaging manner. Applicants with confident Excel skills plus interest in improving and using AI skills. Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Interest in sales, business development, or working with B2B customers. Enthusiasm and openness to learning about aromatherapy products. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
