Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our showroom team to provide an excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction ,Design and sales Be confident when working in person directly with our customers with the ability to demonstrate and explain product options also handle inquiries and promote products effectively you will also update and maintain our customer data base , respond to customer's enquires quickly and efficiently. Generate Quotes for customers Full training for the role will be given .Due to the needs of the Buisness weekend working is required in this role and will be on a weekend on weekend off basis .

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders

- Generate Quotes
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Recommend potential products or services to customers

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience in a customer facing sales role .

- Strong computer skills , word, Excel and email
- Pleasant telephone manner and phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent is required

Based over a 2 week working shift pattern , working weekend on , weekend off
